Ashish Musaddi

Ashish Musaddi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Head of People, Culture & Org Effectiveness at Cipla since January 2018, Ashish has held various senior leadership roles within the company, including Vice President and Global Head of Culture Transformation, Talent Management & Learning. Prior experiences include Regional HR Head at LyondellBasell and HR Business Partner at Novartis Consumer Health, along with management roles at Bausch & Lomb India and MSD. Ashish's educational background includes the Cipla Leadership Ascent Programme at Cornell University and a B.Com (Hons) from Hansraj College.
