John Kelly

John Kelly currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Cirba Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this role, John held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Badger Daylighting Corp from January 2011 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing over 900 employees, managing P&L and budgets, and enhancing operational efficiency across departments. John began their career at Waste Management, progressing to Vice President/Group Recycling Director for the Midwest & Canada, managing significant revenue and operational strategies for 32 recycling facilities. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Marist College and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2019.
