Spencer Schols

Spencer Schols has a diverse and extensive work experience. Spencer is currently the CEO of CIRC since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Woningcorporatie Bo-Ex from September 2013 to May 2019 as the Manager Vastgoed en Ontwikkeling and from January 2006 to August 2013 as a Project Manager. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Econcern from January 2000 to December 2005. Spencer also worked as an Innovation Manager at Inbo from 1998 to 2000 and as a Building Physics Engineer at Cauberg-Huygen from 1997 to 1998.

Spencer Schols completed a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1994. From 1994 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Real Estate at Eindhoven University of Technology.
