Andy Rasico

Andy Rasico is currently the Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager at Mitratech, where the primary focus is on analytics, reporting, and business intelligence following the acquisition of Circa in 2023. Previously, Andy served as Digital Marketing Manager at Circa, emphasizing marketing operations and demand generation. In December 2020, Andy co-founded Rapid Defense, a company dedicated to providing self-defense training. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at iCOMBAT Equipment and Universal Electronics, contributing to significant growth and expansion in the entertainment and law enforcement sectors. Andy also held the position of Corporate Marketing Coordinator at Geneva Hospitality and served as Deputy Director of Logistics for Paintball Sports Promotions, enhancing skills in event management and marketing strategy. Andy holds a degree in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
