Jonathan (Jay) Weaver has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan (Jay) started their career in 2000 at North Mississippi Health Services, where they worked as an Internet Technology Engineer and MS SQL Database Administrator. During their time there, Jay developed software for the medical field as well as other industries such as banking, aviation, ecommerce, manufacturing, and entertainment. Jonathan (Jay) utilized programming platforms such as ASP.Net, Classic ASP, and VB.
In 2006, Jay worked as a contractor at SECURAS until 2009. Jonathan (Jay) then joined FNC in 2013 as a Web Application Developer, where they created, updated, and maintained FNC's property appraisal tracking web application using Classic ASP, javascript, ASP.NET, Knockout.js, JQuery, and MS SQL 2012 R2 database development.
In 2015, Jay joined Central Service Association as a Database Administrator/Developer. Jonathan (Jay) held this role until 2016, gaining experience in database management and development.
Jay's most recent position is with Project Ares, where they first joined in 2016 as a Senior Software Developer. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Facility Security Officer, starting in February 2022.

Jonathan attended Itawamba Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Computer Science. From 1995 to 1997, they attended Mississippi University for Women and focused on Communications, although they did not obtain a degree from either institution.
In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has acquired additional certifications. In March 2023, they completed the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification from the Center for Development of Security Excellence. During the same month and year, they also obtained the React & Django Full Stack: web app, backend API, mobile apps certification from Udemy.
