Peter-Christian Olivo

Peter-Christian Olivo serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Conscious Alliance since July 2010 and holds the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Circadence since June 2000. Olivo has previous experience as Corporate Secretary at QuantaLife, Inc. from 2008 to 2011, and worked as an Associate Attorney in the Corporate Law & Securities Practice Group at Hogan & Hartson from August 1999 to June 2000. Additionally, Olivo served as a Senior Associate at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP from April 1996 to August 1999, and completed a clerkship for the Honorable Robert H. McWilliams at the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit from August 1994 to August 1995. Olivo earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School between 1991 and 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Macalester College from 1985 to 1989.
