Erick Rivera has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail and consumer goods industry. Erick began their career at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as a Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, responsible for brands such as Old Spice, Pampers, and Vicks. Erick then moved on to Walmart Corporate Office, where they served as a Buyer/Planner for Sporting Goods, managing relationships with over 600 vendors and overseeing the P&L. After that, they joined Eastman Kodak as a Category/Sales Manager, supporting the Walmart buyer with category management and sales targets. Erick later took on the role of Country Business Manager, responsible for Kodak's business in the Caribbean, including sales, marketing, and P&L. Rivera then worked at Colgate Palmolive as a Category Manager, supporting Walmart buyers in managing their P&L and product assortment. Erick also had a position at Bergan LLC as Vice President of Sales, overseeing sales to all channels, including Walmart and Sam's Club. Currently, Rivera is working at IRI as the Principal of Retail Client Solutions, where they lead effective problem-solving with clients and internal teams to develop long-term business solutions using data analysis and other custom projects. Erick provides actionable insights to drive growth.
Erick Rivera completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Brown University in 2004. Erick then pursued their MBA in Business Administration at the same university from 2007 to 2008.
