Moira Saldeen

Moira Saldeen's work experience includes serving as Vice President, Global HR Business Partner at Circana since 2023. In this role, they partner with Executive Leadership Team members and manages a team of direct and matrixed reports. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they held the same position at IRI, where they also served as Director, HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2022. At IRI, they managed mid-level and early career HR business partners and engaged in dialogue with leaders to drive workforce development. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Sr. HR Business Partner/HR Business Partner, supporting the Sales division and managing various HR-related projects. Before that, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as an HR Generalist at The Shelby Group, where they aligned the HR function with the company's strategic goals and facilitated change management.

Moira Saldeen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Government at the University of Notre Dame from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Loomis Chaffee High School from 1988 to 1992.
