Ruken Wang

Ruken Wang has extensive work experience in the field of business application and system administration. Currently, they hold the role of Business Application Lead at Circana, where they collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, design automated solutions, and drive efficiencies on an enterprise scale. Ruken is also involved in implementing new financial applications and leading the technical role in the implementation of global NetSuite and Adaptive instances. Prior to this, they worked as a Netsuite Administrator at Poppin, where they worked closely with business stakeholders and developers to design, implement, and test new business processes within the NetSuite environment. Ruken also collaborated with finance and accounting stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Before that, they worked as a Senior Network Administrator at A.I. Friedman, where they closely worked with Netsuite implementation teams and recommended solutions to bridge gaps between systems. Ruken also worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Nihon Unisys, Ltd., where they collaborated with internal stakeholders and provided support to end-users. At Stony Brook University, they worked as a Student Help Desk Manager, diagnosing computer lab issues, providing technical solutions, and working with software development teams to improve end-user experiences.

Ruken Wang earned an MBA degree in CIS and Finance from Baruch College, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Ruken Wang has also obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including API development, agile software development, and Azure DevOps.
