Sarah Dutille

Sarah Dutille is a seasoned Recruitment Operations Manager with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational coordination. Currently serving at Circana since March 2023 and previously at The NPD Group since September 2016, Sarah has successfully managed on-boarding processes, recruitment tracking, and reporting. Prior roles include Office Coordinator at RGI Home, where organizational solutions were developed, and Administrative and Recruiting Coordinator at Beacon Therapy Service, LLC, where Sarah oversaw staff management and recruitment initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as a Production Assistant in the entertainment industry and as a Barista/Training Coach at Starbucks. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University at Albany and completed a production program at the New York Film Academy.
