Liana Rodier

Liana Rodier is an accomplished Senior Food Scientist at Circe since July 2022, previously serving as Senior Technologist at Downeast Cider House. Liana's expertise spans collaboration with various departments to optimize product development, conducting quality testing, and data analysis to inform decisions. Previous roles include Product Technology Specialist at Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc., where Liana led projects to enhance production efficiency, and Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on chocolate and reaction kinetics. Liana holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Northeastern University, supplemented by a study period at The University of Queensland.
