Ana Birliga Sutherland

Ana Birliga Sutherland is a seasoned writer and editor at Circle Economy Foundation, where responsibilities include leading national Circularity Gap Reports and contributing to global reports, as well as developing articles and communications strategies that enhance thought leadership. With prior experience as a Communications Officer, roles involved organizing impactful events and managing social media analysis. Ana has also served as Chair of the Law Committee at University College Utrecht, overseeing events and board member coordination. At LifeCycles, a non-profit organization, Ana created and coordinated an environmental camp for children, focusing on urban sustainability. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Protection & Management from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Psychology from University College Utrecht, along with supplementary courses in Environmental Science from the University of Victoria.
