Mayya Saliba

Mayya Saliba is an accomplished Senior R&D Strategist at Circle Economy Foundation, specializing in Global Value Chains and managing over 20 multi-stakeholder projects that integrate public and private sector initiatives. As the founder of a circular economy practice linked to the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Mayya focuses on investigative design. Experience includes leading the CLAIM project on plastic pollution for the European Commission and contributing to the Environment and Resource Management Master's Programme at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Mayya has successfully led projects in circular fashion innovation and has a background in fashion design, evidenced by the creation of a vegan clutch bag for the Victoria and Albert Museum. Mayya's academic credentials include an MSc in Environment and Resource Management and an MA in Sustainability in Fashion, alongside dual BA degrees in Graphic Design & Communication and Fashion/Apparel Design.
