Nichole Prescott

Nichole Prescott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relations and customer experience. Currently serving as the Director of Client Relations and Director of Customer Support & Success at CustomerHD since October 2019, Nichole previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience at Circle Graphics from July 2017. Prior to that, Nichole was the Director of Customer Service at Circle Graphics and the Customer Service Manager at CafePress Inc. Nichole's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by owning and operating Prescott Flooring, Inc. from February 2004 to May 2013 and working as a photographer at Nichole Prescott Photography from 2008 to 2015. Nichole Prescott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2001.
