Christian Minchella

Christian Minchella has over 26 years of work experience in the IT industry. Christian currently serves as the Head of IT Service Delivery at Circle Health Group since July 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at BMI Healthcare from May 2016 to March 2018, and again from an unspecified date in 2018 to July 2020. In their role at BMI Healthcare, they were also appointed as the Service Delivery Director (Interim) and achieved various accomplishments such as ensuring IT management stability, driving corporate digital transformation, and improving inter-departmental engagement.

Before joining BMI Healthcare, Christian Minchella worked at General Healthcare Group as an IT Infrastructure Engineer from April 2010 to April 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Halcrow in various positions including ICT Solutions Consultant, MIS Technology Analyst, MIS Regional Manager, Support Desk Supervisor (Acting), and Support Analyst from June 2001 to April 2010. Christian also worked at Barcape as a Technical Sales representative from March 2000 to December 2000.

Christian Minchella started their career at Label Data Systems in 1994, where they served as a Technical/Support Manager for six years. Their responsibilities included implementing technical services, managing a support team, and providing installation, configuration, and support for bar-coding software and hardware.

Christian also briefly worked as a Trainee Lecturer at Blue Chip Technologies and as a Technical Sales representative at Label Data Systems. Overall, their career has spanned across various roles in IT service delivery, infrastructure management, and technical sales.

Christian Minchella attended Golden Grove Primary School from 1983 to 1985. Christian then enrolled at Westerford High School from 1986 to 1987. After completing high school, Christian attended Rhodes University from 1988 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained ITIL Service Design (ITIL-SD) certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2014 and ITIL Service Transition (ITIL-ST) certification from the same institution in 2013.
