Kathryn Hayes

Kathryn Hayes is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and quality management. Currently serving as Interim Quality & Risk Manager at Circle Health Group since May 2017, Kathryn has also held the position of Lead Recovery Practitioner in Theatres at the same organization. Prior to this, Kathryn worked at BMI Sarum Road Winchester from October 2005 to July 2023, progressing from Registered Nurse to Lead Recovery Practitioner. Additionally, Kathryn was a Transfusion Practitioner in the NHS from February 2013 to May 2017. Kathryn holds an Advance Diploma in Adult Nursing from the University of Southampton and a BA Hons in Media and Film Studies with Business Studies from King Alfred's College, Winchester.
