Pilar Lillo

Pilar Lillo is a seasoned clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with extensive experience in various therapeutic and holistic approaches. Currently serving as the Facilitadora Circulo de Seguridad Parental at Circle of Security International since May 2022, Pilar also operates as a clinical psychologist at Espacio para Ser 1. Previously, Pilar held the position of Director of Creative Relaxation UK programmes at Girasol Foundation UK from September 2003 to May 2022, co-creating the CR for Schools programme and training trainers in the Creative Relaxation Technique. Pilar's early career includes a long tenure from January 1989 to May 2022 as clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and relaxation trainer, along with significant roles such as Coordinadora area psicologica at Fundacion Girasol Spain. Pilar Lillo possesses a degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, obtained from 1976 to 1981.
