Charlie Locke has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and business operations. Charlie is currently serving as the Head of Sales at Circle, where they are responsible for hiring sales managers, account executives, and sales development representatives. Prior to this, they were a founding member of the Toronto chapter at Pavilion and also co-founded SDR Nation, a membership-based community for sales development representatives.
Charlie has held various leadership positions in the sales field, including Vice President of Sales at HiMama and #paid, where they worked with large brands to optimize their working spend. Charlie also has experience in corporate sales and was the Vice President of North America at Shutterstock. Additionally, Charlie co-founded shakespeare.ai, where they served as the CEO.
Earlier in their career, Charlie worked at Saasli, where they co-founded the company and focused on building systems for growth on the Salesforce platform. Charlie also worked at Salesforce as a Regional Manager in both Canada and New York.
Charlie's early professional experiences include roles at GuildOne Inc., where they held positions as a Manager of Business Operations and Business Development. During this time, they contributed to the development and implementation of innovative data management solutions for the oil and gas industry.

Charlie Locke began their education at Ridley College, where they attended from 1994 to 1999. During their time there, they achieved the honor of Valedictorian. Charlie then went on to study at Western University from 1999 to 2003. At Western, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies (BACS) with a focus on Finance. Charlie also minored in Marketing and Cartography.
