Ducky Min

Ducky (Dukkyung) Min is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance for Finance Operations at Circle since February 2024. Prior to this, Ducky was the Head of Finance Operations at OpenSea from January 2022 to February 2024 and held the position of Managing Director at Deloitte from July 2013 to February 2022, specializing in M&A Finance and controllership. Ducky's expertise includes technical accounting advisory, IPO readiness, and complex accounting issues, with significant experience in both IFRS and US GAAP regulations, particularly for SEC foreign filers. Ducky's career began at Deloitte GIOS, where roles included Senior Manager and M&A Accounting Manager, as well as Auditor. Ducky holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Georgetown University, completed in 2002.
