Heather Converse

Heather Converse has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Clinical Operations at Circle Medical - a UCSF Health Affiliate, where they are responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the healthcare practice. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at the same company, where they focused on building and streamlining operations to enhance the patient experience.

Before joining Circle Medical, Heather held various roles at Gopuff, a delivery service company. Heather started as a General Manager in 2020 and eventually became the Lead Operations Program Manager and Regional Manager. Their responsibilities included managing operations and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Additionally, Heather worked as an Operations Supervisor at Chewse, where they supervised day-to-day operations. Heather also gained experience as a General Manager at 8 Hospitality.

In terms of healthcare experience, Heather worked at International Exports Ltd (Safe House) as an Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor/Bar Manager. Heather Converse has a diverse education history that spans different fields of study. Heather started their educational journey in 2008 at the College of Lake County, where they obtained a degree in Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist. Following this, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Biotechnology from Milwaukee Area Technical College, which they completed between 2014 and 2017.

In 2022, Heather enrolled at Western Governors University to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Heather is expected to complete their degree in 2024.

Apart from their formal education, Heather has also acquired several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the ServSafe Alcohol certification from the Liquor Control Systems of Illinois. In 2018, they obtained the Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from the Chicago Department of Public Health.
