Isabelle Zapp

Following an initial career within Marks and Spencer at various HR & Management positions, Isabelle joined Sodexo’s On-site Service in France 18 years ago as HR assistant in the Education segment. She has worked in HR in different positions that allowed her to work on various topics such as diversity &inclusion, training and talent management. Since September 2016, Isabelle has been BRS HR Project Manager for Western Europe, the Mediterranean and International Development.

Isabelle will be supporting the HR functions in all Circles’ markets, lead the HR function in France and further develop Circles’ strong L&D activities.
