Dylan Swann

Dylan Swann has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Dylan is currently serving as the VP Finance for Circor Aerospace & Defense at CIRCOR International, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Dexter Magnetic Technologies from December 2016 to February 2021. Dylan also worked at IDEX Corporation as a Laser Optics Business Unit Finance Manager from January 2015 to November 2016. Before that, they were a Finance Manager at Advanced Thin Films from May 2013 to December 2014. Dylan also has experience at IDEX Corporation as a Finance Manager for Idex Optics & Photonics from April 2012 to May 2013, and as an FP&A Analyst/Operations Finance/Commercial Finance from August 2010 to April 2012. Dylan began their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Finance Lead from February 2000 to August 2010.

Dylan Swann obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance from California State University, Chico in 1997. Later on, they pursued postgraduate education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management in 2007.
