Stefan Kühn

Stefan Kühn has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stefan started their career as an IT Consultant at Hoechst AG in 1993 and later worked as a Financial Controller. Stefan then joined Clariant, a global market leader in the life science industry, where they held various roles including Global Head HR Center of Expertise, Head HR M&A, and Manager HR Controlling & Reporting. In 2014, they moved to Archroma as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and later became the Head of Human Resources for the EMEA region. Most recently, Stefan worked at CIRCOR International, Inc. as the Group Vice President of Human Resources. Stefan is currently the Chief HR Operating Officer at BearingPoint since 2023. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in human resources management, transformation, projects, compensation, and benefits.

Stefan Kühn has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz (Germany), which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Stefan also attended the University of Michigan and the University of St. Gallen in 2010 for a Strategic Management Program. In addition, Stefan completed a MARGA - General Management Simulation program at the European School of Management in Germany in 2002. Stefan further enhanced their leadership skills by attending a Leadership Training program at Krauthammer in Germany from 2012 to 2013. Moreover, they gained knowledge about the US business environment and management practices by studying at Lander University in South Carolina in 2001 and completed a SYMA - Systematic Management Approach program with Prof. Riekmann in Austria in 2005.
