Elena Tsoneva

Elena Tsoneva has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Elena began as an Administrative Assistant at IBG Real Estates in 2009. In 2011, they joined First Online Solutions, where they held the roles of Quality Control Manager, Contractor Merchandiser, and Customer Care Representative. In 2019, they moved to talixo as a Customer Service Specialist. Currently, they are the Customer Support Manager at Circula, a position they have held since 2022.

Elena Tsoneva completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from the University of Wales, Cardiff between 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Hotel Management with a focus in Hospitality Administration/Management from Inernational University College, Dobrich between 2006 and 2009.
