Jeremy Bloom

Jeremy Bloom, M. A., is an accomplished nonprofit leader currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer at Circulate San Diego since October 2021. With extensive experience in fundraising and donor relations, Jeremy has previously held significant roles, including Instructor for the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program at the University of San Diego and Community and Resource Development Manager at the San Diego LGBT Community Center. A proven track record includes enhancing mid-level fundraising at the ACLU of San Diego & Imperial Counties and cultivating successful telephone fundraising campaigns at Telefund, Inc. Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Mary Washington.
