Bijan Marfels

Bijan Marfels has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bijan began their career as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) volunteer at Treloar's in 2010. Bijan then worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Saarländischer Rundfunk from 2014 to 2017. Bijan gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Duy Anh Fashion And Cosmetic (DAFC) in 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Campusjäger by Workwise, first as a Working Student in HR/Online Marketing and later as a Performance Marketing Manager. Bijan then joined XING as a Manager for Active Recruiting and Employer Branding for a brief period in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at New Work SE, where they served as a Manager for Active Recruiting. Most recently, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at IMMO Capital from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Circus since February 2023.

Bijan Marfels completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken from 2016-2018. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Umwelt und Betriebswirtschaft from Hochschule Trier, Umwelt Campus Birkenfeld from 2011-2015. In addition, they also attended Dundalk Institute of Technology from 2013-2014, where they studied Marketing Sciences.
