Ángel Serra Mendoza

Ángel Serra Mendoza is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in electrical and industrial engineering, currently serving as a Test Engineer at CIRCUTOR since March 2019, focusing on electrical grid quality standards and power quality instrument testing.
