Adam Dzyacky

Adam Dzyacky is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in product management and IT consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Cireson and Tikit by Cireson, Adam focuses on enhancing the ticketing experience and transforming service management through artificial intelligence within Microsoft Teams. With ownership of DorkCorp, LLC, Adam provides web development and IT consulting services emphasizing ethical practices. Previous roles include Lead, Automation and Systems Integration at BCU, where Adam integrated Microsoft System Center and Azure solutions, and various technical positions, including System Administrator at In Touch Pharmaceuticals. Adam holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Technology from Purdue University.
