Director Of Customer Success at Cireson

Geoff Ross has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Geoff started their career as an ICT Technician at BAM Nuttall Ltd, where they resolved and updated ICT incidents, configured hardware, and provided support at multiple sites. Geoff then advanced to the role of ICT Technical Lead, working on projects to integrate ICT with other areas of the business and upgrade existing systems. In 2015, they assumed the position of ICT Technicial Leader, leading the infrastructure team and overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects. Geoff joined Cireson in 2016 and held several positions, including Senior Consultant, where they managed IT problems and implemented ITSM processes. Geoff later became the Global Service Delivery Manager and the EMEA Regional Manager before taking on the role of Director of Customer Success. In 2021, they also served as the Director of Customer Success at Tikit by Cireson. Throughout their career, Geoff demonstrated strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Geoff Ross completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton between 2004 and 2007. Geoff has also obtained several additional certifications, including Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2022, ITIL® 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, MSCA Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in 2017, and MCITP from Microsoft in 2013.
