Nicole Keverne

Nicole Keverne is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in case management, housing support, retail, and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Medical Case Manager at Ingham County Health Department since April 2024, Nicole provides comprehensive case management for patients with complex needs under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. Previous experience includes roles as a Housing Specialist at Advent House Ministries, where Nicole developed life skills programs for individuals in HUD-funded housing, and various positions in retail and project assistance that emphasize strong customer service and organizational skills. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Michigan State University and a Certificate of Achievement in Business Administration and Management from Lansing Community College.
