Dani van Weert has a long and varied work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Linguistic QA Engineer at Babel Media, where they tested PC and console games and proofread content. In 2010, they joined JLA Media Ltd as a Junior Account Manager, where they were responsible for media buying for international clients in the maritime & offshore sectors, as well as developing the new company website & media monitoring service. In 2017, Dani started working as a Freelance marketing consultant and translator, providing marketing consultancy for web shops and translating NL-->EN and EN-->NL content for pc and computer games, blogs and websites. In 2020, they joined Elitac Wearables as a Marketing Specialist. Currently, Dani is working as a Marketing Specialist at Cirrus Assessment, where their role involves marketing strategy and planning, managing the content calendar, event & trade show management, SEO and SEA.
Dani van Weert obtained a MA in Communication Studies from the University of Brighton between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in International Business from Tilburg University between 1998 and 2003. In 2001, they took part in an Erasmus Exchange at the Universidad de Salamanca in International Business. In 2015, they completed a Content Strategy Masterclass at Imparture UK. Additionally, Dani has obtained several certifications, including Growth Marketing from Growth Tribe in September 2022, Advanced Content Marketing from LinkedIn in January 2022, Running a Professional Webinar from LinkedIn in May 2021, Learning to Write for the Web from Lynda.com in July 2015, Data Visualization Fundamentals from Lynda.com in June 2015, Access 2016 Essential Training from Lynda.com in October 2016, and SEO Fundamentals from Lynda.com in July 2015.
