Suman Banerjee

Suman Banerjee is a highly experienced professional in the field of device characterization and modeling, currently serving as Senior Manager for the Device Characterization and Modeling Lab at Cirrus Logic since August 2020. Prior to this role, Suman managed the Analog CMOS and BICMOS SPICE Modeling Lab at Texas Instruments, overseeing a team of SPICE modeling engineers and collaborating closely with design teams to address debugging issues and develop custom models for new products. Suman's career began at Freescale Semiconductor as a Senior Staff Engineer, where innovative designs for RF semiconductor devices were developed. Academically, Suman holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
