Will O'Donnell

Will O'Donnell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in silicon validation and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Validation Engineer at Cirrus Logic since January 2014, Will leads technical efforts in emulation and silicon validation across multiple projects and developed a training program for new engineers. Prior roles include Staff Validation Engineer, where a standardized test plan process was created, and Senior Validation Engineer, focusing on mentoring and technical leadership. Will's previous experience includes work at Intel as a Silicon Validation Firmware Engineer, where silicon bugs were identified, and at Freescale Semiconductor and SigmaTel, where contributions were made to embedded system software and driver development. Will holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Integrated Circuits and Systems and Computer Engineering, respectively, from The University of Texas at Austin.
