Mark Swale

Mark Swale is an experienced engineering manager and chief engineer currently with Cirrus Research plc since December 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering functions and leading research and development efforts. Prior to this role, Mark served as the research and development manager and service manager at Marine Rescue Technologies Ltd from October 2012 to November 2019. Mark also has a background as the owner of MAST Aerials Ltd from August 1998 to September 2012 and began a career in the Royal Air Force as an air radar technician from March 1986 to January 1994. Mark completed education at Cottingham High School from 1980 to 1985 and pursued further training at RAF Cosford.
