Federico Bonotto

Federico Bonotto has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Federico currently serves as the Chief Operational Officer (CEO) at Cisa Group, where they aim to turn around the company's worldwide operations. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Operational Officer (COO) at Cisa Group, where they successfully managed and planned the company's growth.

Federico also has extensive experience at FAIST Controls & Propulsion Systems, where they served as the President & General Manager. Federico was responsible for the development and refitting of two FAIST plants in China, contributing to the company's success.

Additionally, Federico held leadership positions at the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, where they served as a board director and co-founder of the Suzhou Chapter. Federico played a vital role in supporting Italian companies and promoting trade between China and Italy.

Earlier in their career, Federico worked at FAIST Industrial as a Quality Engineer, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure quality initiatives and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers. Federico also gained experience at Ponti Engineering Srl through a stage opportunity.

Federico Bonotto's education history includes a diploma from Liceo Scientifico Tecnologico "Leonardo da Vinci" in Umbertide (PG). Federico later studied Mechanical Engineering at Università degli Studi di Perugia from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing from Honeywell Garrett Turbo Technology. From 2009, Federico attended China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) where they focused on Financial Statement for Decision Makers. In 2012, they pursued a degree in Internal/External VDA & TS16949 Auditing from SGS Shanghai Academy. Federico also briefly attended a course on Industrial Company Restructuring at STAUFEN Germany in 2015.
