Alfredo Benitez, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Program Management Office Manager at Cisco, overseeing over 20 advanced services projects for AT&T Mexico, ensuring compliance with PMO standards, and managing revenue and cost performance through regular follow-up meetings with project managers. Prior to Cisco, Alfredo held various leadership roles at Nokia Networks for over 21 years, including Senior Project Manager and Business Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed establishing project management methodologies, facilitating training, and achieving significant cost savings through business analysis. Earlier in the career, Alfredo was Operations Manager and Sales Executive at Video Omega, providing technical consulting and sales strategies in video post-production. Alfredo holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
