Anna Barker

Anna Barker currently serves as Vice President of Customer Experience Centers EMEA at Cisco, having previously held several leadership roles including Senior Director for Global Delivery, Strategy & Operations, and Site Lead for the Lisbon Customer Experience Center. Prior to Cisco, Anna worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Finance Manager and began a professional career as an Auditor at Williams Allan Chartered Accountants. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London, earned between 1992 and 1995.
