Jenny Bailey

Jenny Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations, talent development, and leadership programs, primarily within prominent organizations such as Cisco and Airbus Group. As a People Operations Lead at Cisco, Jenny has spearheaded the agile transformation for a large global workforce, while previously serving as Chief of Staff to drive operational alignment across a substantial organization. With a strong background in employee development, Jenny has designed and implemented strategic frameworks to meet workforce needs. Prior roles include managing leadership development initiatives at Airbus Group and directing special projects at the NYC Leadership Academy.
