Jessie Saini

Jessie Saini is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President for Strategy and Planning Operations within the Security and Collaboration Business Groups at Cisco since August 2020, having previously held the title of Vice President in the same area. Prior to Cisco, Jessie held various leadership roles at Box, including Vice President of Product Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational rigor, long-term product strategy, and execution processes. Experience at Syncplicity as Director of Business Operations involved driving strategic imperatives and ensuring organizational alignment. Jessie's earlier roles spanned marketing operations at EMC, recruitment and training at the National Association of REALTORS, and HR operations management at Nicole Thomas Photography. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's in Psychology from DePaul University and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
