Justin Barney

Justin Barney is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology sales and management. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer for Cisco ThousandEyes since January 2020, Justin has also held key roles at Cisco, including Vice President of Global Enterprise Networking and Software Sales and Managing Director of Global Enterprise Routing and SD-WAN Sales. Prior to Cisco, Justin was the Chief Revenue Officer at Pulse Secure and President, COO & CEO at ScaleArc, which was acquired by Ignite Technologies in 2018. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Clearstone Venture Partners, Juniper Networks, Ankeena Networks, 3Leaf Systems, Citrix Systems, and NetScaler. Justin's career began at Chase Capital Partners, and educational qualifications include dual MBA degrees from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
