Kirk Smith

Kirk Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for CX Americas and Senior Director of Strategy & Planning at Cisco, Kirk has previously held positions such as Senior Director of Customer Experience Product Management and Director of Federal Civilian Services Sales. Additionally, Kirk contributes as Chair of the Board of Directors for The Women's Collective. Earlier career roles include Area Manager in Network Operations and Senior Technical Consulting Engineer at AT&T Government Solutions, as well as Network Engineer at UUNET. Kirk began career in academia as Technical Coordinator for Distance Learning at Murray State University. Kirk holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering, both from Murray State University.
