Kojin Oshiba

Kojin Oshiba is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering, AI at Cisco since September 2024, following the acquisition of Robust Intelligence. At Robust Intelligence, where Kojin co-founded the company from 2019 to 2024, over $60 million was raised to enhance security for enterprise AI applications through automatic validation. Prior to that, Kojin contributed to the field of machine learning as a researcher at Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2019, publishing papers in prestigious conferences like ICML and NeurIPS, focusing on robust machine learning. Early in the career, Kojin worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at QuantCo, where the Japan branch was launched. Kojin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Harvard University.
