Mariely Bandas-Franzetti

Mariely Bandas-Franzetti currently serves as Vice President of Cisco IT at Cisco since October 2021. Prior to joining Cisco, Mariely held various leadership roles at Dell from April 1997 to October 2021, including Vice President of Dell Digital Services IT and Senior Director of Global Software and Peripheral Operations. Earlier in Mariely's career, experience included positions as Director of Global Supply Chain & Fulfillment Engineering, Senior Manager of Global Supply Chain Engineering, and Manufacturing & Process Engineer in Global Process Technology at Dell. Mariely's initial experience began at IBM, where Mariely worked as a Manufacturing & Distribution Process Engineer from May 1996 to April 1997. Mariely earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico (1991-1996).
