Brittany Souder has a diverse work experience spanning a range of roles and industries. Brittany began their career as a Programming Intern at ESPN Radio, where they produced podcasts and radio promotions. Brittany then worked as a Sports Department Intern at WLS-TV ABC, gaining experience in a news environment and assisting the sports department with various projects. Brittany later joined Jasculca/Terman & Associates as an Account Assistant, where they contributed to strategic communications campaigns for clients.
In 2010, they joined Cision as an Account Coordinator, managing client accounts and supporting the team. Brittany was promoted to Senior Account Coordinator and then transitioned to the role of Client Manager, handling PR and social software. Brittany continued to advance within the company as a Senior Client Manager, responsible for improving marketing efforts and decision making through analytics.
After leaving Cision, Brittany joined SportsDivas Inc as a Chicago Bulls Blogger, where they played a key role in establishing a digital community and engaging female sports fans. Brittany later returned to Cision as a Senior Data Analyst, specializing in measurement and insights for large organizations. Brittany continued to progress within the company, taking on roles as a Senior Research Analyst and Client Insights Manager. Most recently, they served as Director of Cision Insights for the Consumer Retail, Hospitality & Lifestyle sector. Currently, Brittany holds the position of Head of Implementation & Optimization for Cision Insights.
Brittany Souder attended DePaul University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Advertising. In 2021, they received a Foundations Certification from Brandwatch.
