Edgar Trujillo

Edgar Trujillo has a diverse work experience in various roles. Edgar is currently working as an HR Business Systems and Reporting Analyst at Cision since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HRSoft as a Software Implementation Analyst from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for conducting discovery sessions, managing project plans, configuring software, testing and troubleshooting, providing training and support to clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Before HRSoft, Edgar worked at Walmart from 2017 to 2021. Edgar started as a Customer Service Specialist and then moved on to become an E-commerce Digital Shopper. In this role, they focused on improving their communication skills and increasing the customer base by proactively reaching out to existing and potential customers. Later, they were promoted to Digital Team Lead, where they managed and organized a team of digital shoppers, resulting in increased orders, customer satisfaction, and retention. Edgar also received recognition as the top digital team in the market for April 2021.

Edgar Trujillo began their education in 2019 by obtaining certifications in various data science and Python related courses from Coursera. These certifications include "Open Source tools for Data Science," "Data Science Methodology," "Python for Data Science and AI," and "Databases and SQL for Data Science." In 2020, Edgar enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University to pursue a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Science. Additionally, in 2020 and 2021, they continued to enhance their skills by completing certifications such as "Introduction to Git and GitHub," "Troubleshooting and Debugging Techniques," "Using Python to Interact with the Operating System," and "Crash Course on Python" from Coursera. In 2021, they obtained certifications in topics like "Process Data from Dirty to Clean," "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions," "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere," and "Prepare Data for Exploration" from Coursera and Coursera | Google.
