Gary Dezao

Gary DeZao has a strong background in product management and product operations. Gary has held various leadership roles in different companies over the years. Gary started their career as a Senior Manager in Product Operations at Qwest Communications International. Gary then moved on to Verizon Wireless, where they worked as a Regional Manager, responsible for data solution sales and consultation. After that, they joined Demaui Group, where they served as the Director of Product Development and Strategy, focusing on product strategy, development, and operational aspects of the company's multiple business lines.

Gary then worked at tw telecom, inc / Level 3 Communications as a Senior Manager leading a team dedicated to strategic pricing. Following that, they joined ADT Security Services as the Director of Pricing, responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and frameworks.

In 2019, Gary joined Lumen Technologies as a Product Management Team Leader, leading a team of Product Managers in the development and lifecycle management of global financial networking products. Gary worked there until 2021, when they moved on to EagleView as the Vice President of Product Operations and Chief of Staff. In this role, they focused on implementing complex workflow solutions and managing programs in areas such as SAFe transformation and new product introduction.

Currently, Gary is working at Cision as the Senior Director of Product Operations and Product Management. In this role, they provide strategic direction to a product team and has built the Product Operations function from the ground up, improving customer experiences and contributing to lower customer churn.

Gary DeZao holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Colorado. Gary obtained certification as a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021.
