Katie Tod has over 20 years of work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Katie currently holds the position of Vice President Global Marketing for Cision Comms Cloud and EMEA Demand Generation at Cision. In this role, they are responsible for developing global marketing strategies and leading the EMEA demand generation teams to execute strategic, multi-channel campaigns.
Prior to their current role, Katie worked as the Marketing Director, UK at Cision and as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. Katie also founded Katie Tod Animal Health and Wellbeing, where they offered natural therapies for pets' health and wellbeing.
Before that, Katie worked at Blackhawk Network Europe as the Head of Product Marketing and Market Insight, where they were responsible for go-to-market planning and new product launches. Katie also held roles at Grass Roots as a Proposition Manager and Customer Experience Consultant, and as a Client Director for Barclays Premier Rewards.
Katie has experience in the legal industry as well, as they worked at LexisNexis UK as the Head of Proposition Marketing - Legal. In this role, they managed a team of Proposition Managers and developed the go-to-market strategy for online services. Katie also played a key role in a new integrated platform project.
Earlier in their career, Katie worked at Rentokil Initial as the Divisional Proposition Manager EMEA & APAC - Initial Hygiene, where they developed and implemented a behavioural proposition and a globally harmonized product portfolio. Katie also worked at Cision as a Commercial Project Manager, Product Manager, Commercial Development Manager, and National Account Manager.
Katie began their career at PIMS Group as a Business Development Executive and later served as an Account Executive.

Katie Tod attended Solent University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising.
