Muhminah R. has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer service, sales, and account management fields. Muhminah started their career as a Sales Associate at Wrapchic in 2016 and then worked as a Customer Service Representative at HSBC and Hastings Direct in 2018. In 2019, they joined Glide Utilities as an Internal Sales Representative and later became an Internal Sales Executive and Account Advisor. Muhminah then worked as a Client Strategy and Account Manager at AmpiFire from 2020 to 2021. Muhminah furthered their career at Meltwater as a Business Development Representative and then joined Centaur Media Plc as a Customer Success and Engagement Executive from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they worked at VERCIDA Group as an Account Manager from 2022 to 2023, and they are currently employed as an Account Manager at Cision, starting in May 2023.
