Sanjana Chavan

Sanjana Chavan has worked as an Accounts Receivable at Cision since March 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing the end-to-end process from order to payment, handling credit control, and negotiating with clients for timely payments. Sanjana actively works on improving processes to ensure efficiency and faster turnaround time.

Before joining Cision, Sanjana worked as a Research Intern at V-SHESH LEARNING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from May 2021 to July 2021. Sanjana conducted research on the financial inclusion of persons with disabilities in the banking sector. Through their interactions with disabled individuals, NGOs, and bank officers, they identified the challenges they face in accessing banking services and provided recommendations based on their findings.

Prior to that, Sanjana served as a Finance Intern at Bewakoof.com from November 2020 to February 2021.

Sanjana Chavan completed their Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Finance, General at the Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute for Financial & Management Studies from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Accounting and Finance from Bhavans College between 2016 and 2019. Before their undergraduate studies, they completed their HSC in Business/Commerce, General at Bhavans College from 2014 to 2016. Sanjana started their education journey at Sir Cowasjee Jehangir High School, where they obtained their SSC degree between 2002 and 2014.
