Carlos Tejo

Carlos Tejo has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry. Carlos is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Security and IT Infrastructure at Cisive since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wilson Elser as the Head of Information Technology and Security Operations from August 2020 to June 2022.

Carlos also has extensive experience at Veeco, where they held the position of Global Director of Information Technology from October 2016 to August 2020. During their time at Veeco, they were responsible for IT infrastructure, information security architecture, operations, support, and service delivery on a global scale.

Before Veeco, Carlos worked at Altice USA, where they held multiple leadership positions, including Director Technical Operations & Service Delivery, Director Contact Center Information Systems, and Director Enterprise Technology Engineering and Operations. Carlos played a significant role in transforming the team and ensuring the availability of systems to support customer service, sales, and field operations.

Carlos has also worked at Bank of America as an Infrastructure Project Manager, JPMorgan Chase as the Vice President of Global Client Services, Swiss Bank Corporation as the Associate Director of Americas Infrastructure, CS First Boston as a Senior Technology Engineer, and Morgan Stanley as a Technology Engineer.

Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated expertise in areas such as IT infrastructure, information security, service delivery, engineering, and operations. Carlos has successfully managed teams, implemented technology solutions, and ensured the smooth functioning of IT systems within various organizations.

Carlos Tejo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Hofstra University. Carlos also obtained two additional certifications: ITIL RCV Intermediate from ACQUIROS, Inc. in 2016, and ITIL Version 3 from ACQUIROS, Inc. in 2016.
